The popular Oilmill market in Rivers State, will henceforth be called Rumuokwurusi town market.
The Paramount Ruler of Rumuokwurusi Town HRH Eze Sir S. C. Wokoma JP, made the pronouncement, when the Executive Chairman of Obio/Akpor Hon. Prince Solomon Abel Eke JP, paid a visit to the palace.
Eke, who was at the palace to show appreciation to the people of Rumuokwurusi, for their high level of compliance to the Executive order of the state governor on the closure of markets, in a bid to curb the spread of the coronavirus, said he will not tolerate any community in the Local Government area that would flout the governor’s directives.
